Positive: Excellent breakfast. Location near hot spring resort was very convenient. Interesting visual effects in each space.

Negative: See-through walls in bathroom. I would have preferred less jazzy decore in the room.

Summary: Stunning location, friendly staff, unique architecture and interior design. Very creative.

Positive: The bed was a bit small, but excellent. Not too hard or too soft, just good for us. The hotel is really close to the entrance of the thermal pools.

Negative: Staff was not really helpfull to us. I think you well get more good for your money at other places.

Positive: This place is brilliant. The art and the vibe are fantastic. I stayed in the dorm until another room opened up. It's pretty luxurious as dorms go. It has a beautiful view window, a nice hot shower and comfortable clean bedding. It's in the quietest part of the building which I liked, furthest from the fray. The hotel is not soundproof at all so I liked being tucked away in the corner. All the sounds were of happiness and laughter during the big holiday. There are lots of nooks to relax where you get better wifi, it didn't work for me in the far corner of the building. It is colder in the dorm than in the other room I'm staying in now. They were able to cater to my special dietary needs as a vegan, the salad is really fresh, I definitely recommend the Ensaladina for vegetarians. The free breakfast items ran low during the busy holiday so if you want the included coffee and juice when the hotel is busy, try to go to breakfast sooner than later. They have a fantastic expresso machine and make lovely coffees. The best part of all is the girls who work here, they are so kind and helpful, I can't say enough great things about the folks who work here and make this place wonderful. The thermal baths are just next door, it's hard to imagine better designed hotsprings anywhere in the world. They will honor your ticket for re-entry to the pools on the same day if you ask the guard upon exiting. Thank you so much to all the staff!
