Positive: Apartment space and location are excellent. Patrick is an excellent host and helped me out when I had car trouble. He's an amazing man. 👏🏾

Negative: Sorry to say, but this excellent building is being affected by rising damp. I first stayed here in 2022 and the place was in pristine condition. But the perennial problem of Ghana's waterlogged soil is affecting some walls.
