Negative: The booking.com clearly stated it was a sofa bed and a double bed, there was no sofa bed, I approached the owner who advised they weren’t aware but could arrange something for later in the day, no one ever return to make the change or talk to us, very disappointed as we were there for 6 nights so one of us had a very uncomfortable sleep, I messaged booking.com, assured we would be contacted within 24hrs, we did not any further communication - very disappointed in all fronts.
