Summary: Really amazing staff and service! Everyone was genuinely friendly. Very good amenities - nice and new rooms. Elevators work very well for a so big hotel. Everything is new and frels luxurious. Great breakfast. Good on cleanliness in general. Great location.

Summary: Nice hotel and the recent refurb seems to be good. The toilet in the room was separate from the bathroom, which is nice, but was in a tiny space...Other than that it was a good sized, nicely done room. All the staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was fine, good range, nice bread. I like the little spa place which seem to remain quiet enough - so that little pool was quite chilled. Parking is convenient and easy. All in - we liked the hotel, would be happy to use it again.
