Positive: the nature is great, we were surrounded by birds attracted by the river, it was beautiful. private stairs and a table by water were also a nice detail.

Negative: i believe in a month the grass will grow and cover the dust, which was the only inconvenience to me, but this is a rural site with fresh air which comes at a price.

Positive: The house is comfortable and nice, you can use interesting books and games.

Negative: The house is built by the side of owners house and it doesn't give you privacy. There are small windows so you don't really feel the nature when you are inside. The souna is next to other building, so if there are guests there I don't think you can use it.
