Positive: New hotel right at the lake side with very modern rooms, good restaurant is annexed to it. Breakfast is good with many choices. Large car park, also fine for bigger cars. There is a great walking path right along the shore of the lake.

Negative: Check the German TV channel ZDF settings - they don't work anymore.

Positive: I discovered the apartment I booked was large with views straight onto the lake. It was decorated in a clean and modern way that appealed to me. It was clean, and had everything you would need if you stayed there for a week or longer. The kitchen and bathroom were good sized, well-appointed with modern appliances. I really loved the space and would happily stay there again.The apartments offer a free parking space. Tata is very easy to drive in, and I'd recommend a stay there very highly. Downstairs there is a truly fantastic bistro, which acts as the breakfast room for the hotel. You can get other meals there, and I found that for my tastes, it was one of the best restaurants I ate at, during my month-long trip. The staff there are very friendly and the food is fresh, tasty and the menu rotates with the seasons. I was so glad to be able to get a healthy salad and they have a large range of vegetarian as well as meat-based meals. Great drinks menu also!

Negative: Unfortunately, the wifi is from a central location and covers the entire property, so for those who need a rest from the radiation, the wifi can't be turned off in your apartment at night, which I had hoped-for when I reserved the apartment. The hotel was using a laundry product with a chemical fragrance that caused me to come out in hives, so I had to strip the bed and wash the sheets and towels with my own products. Luckily, there is a washer in the apartment and this proved a reasonable solution. The hotel said they would look into changing products to one with less chemicals. Overall the hotel is attempting to be eco-aware and have made many reasonable choices. Unfortunately they have installed LED lights throughout the hotel, which flicker rapidly and hurt the eye and trigger fight-or-flight in people and are not in fact better for the environment, especially if using the lights in the daytime, which appears crazy to me. The Hotel staff listened and attempted to comprehend the problem with the wifi and the laundry, even if they were unable to do anything themselves, without authority from the owners. I hope these small changes can occur because if so, this would be one of my most favourite places to stay anywhere.

Positive: Absolutely amazing stay. Loved everything about the hotel! Staff were so so friendly, for example, our taxi never arrived, and one of the staff member drove us to our dinner destination. Rooms are super clean and modern, stunning, Loved the little ducks everywhere.

Negative: The room lacks light blocking in the windows, so light creeps in from the outside at night from the lights and early morning from the sun, they should invest in shutters to block out the light. Dinner time needs more choice for starters and desert.
