Positive: The location on the water was beautiful and the renovated deck lovely.

Negative: The fixtures and furnishings could all do with updating. At the price, more modern furnishings and also a dishwasher would be appreciated. The curtains in the two front bedrooms didn't fully cover the windows - a nightmare for getting kids to sleep in the summer! Also needs some coat hooks downstairs.
