Positive: Plenty of on street parking. Playground round the corner handy if you're with kids. Nice welcome pack. Very clean and warm. Lots of hangers! Big kitchen. Lots of big mirrors with sockets next to them that are good for doing your hair.

Negative: Quite noisy, sweary neighbours and barking dogs. Area feels a bit rough. Bathroom absolutely tiny. Needs a few bits - coffee table, Bathroom door hook, king bedroom wardrobe handles both broken, no antibacterial spray in kitchen. Fine for a couple of nights while attending a wedding nearby

Positive: Lovely little cottage, nicely styled, comfortable and well equipped. Good location - very convenient for Church Fenton railway station. Friendly and helpful host.

Negative: Mini moans - no salt and pepper provided and slightly bigger towels would be appreciated, plus shower gel.

Positive: Very clean, beds, plenty of space, great shower and well equipped kitchen. Easy to park.

Negative: Don’t try to communicate with office, they are not very responsive, however the host is amazing, go directly to her for any questions or needs.
