Positive: The location is good. It is near the Nam Phou park, and there are food stalls around the hotel. We can reached Patuxay by walk. The staffs are helpful. You got welcome drink when you're arrived. They made up the room everyday even if you dont ask them to. They can also manage pickup transport from airport for some additional charge. However, if you want, you can find Tuktuks or Kokok there, which are many.

Negative: This is a quite old hotel. The facilities in the hotel, although available, are quite old but still functional. However, the hotel has no elevator that you have to go upstairs by foot which may be uncomfortable for elderly (except if they are provided by the room on the first floor). I would suggest the hotel renovate the roof in the bathroom.
