Summary: Staff great and nice clean safe and quiet hotel (considering it’s on the runway) Food is excellent I thought my chicken was pink and it was taken away straight away and the head waiter was lovely and brought me a free beer and a change of order. Btw the Satay skewers starter was amazing - bedroom was nice and comfy - I feint safe and had everything in. Pillows are not good so prepare for that - too big and soft no support. The hotel free airport shuttle was superb and a lovely lad driving. All in all (almost) great - pricey at £140 and food is dear - starters £10 and mains around £30 beer £8 Hotel is ideal for airport and everything is easy Very clean and quiet and staff nice. But just not great enough to get 4/5 for me and undercooked chicken that the chef Sara is fine knocked my rating to a 3/5.

Summary: The room was on the ground floor and had a noticeable damp smell, also it needs refurbishment. Despite requesting a double bed, was given two single beds instead. The radiator was also very noisy, which made it difficult to rest.
