The house is ideally located in Moëlan-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 200 meters from the coastal paths. The nearest shops are about 4 km away (bakery and mini-market). In season, a bar and a food truck are located on the port of Brigneau, 10 minutes away on foot.

Discover also the famous village of painters of Pont-Aven. Possibility to rent kayaks in Brigneau during the season. Catamaran, windsurf and paddle rental point in Kerfany (6,6 km / 10mn by car). Sailing school in Beg Porz (12mn by car). Possibility in season to reach the island of Groix from Doelan (15mn by car).
