Negative: No oven, WiFi a bit intermittent, no hot water on the last day, cooking knives blunt, no freezer, no washing machine or dishwasher. So although set up as an “apartment” it was lacking some basic equipment compared to much cheaper air BnB etc

Positive: I had no idea where to check in - the house keeping staff was helpful and kind and pointed me in the right direction the location is great, parking was easy and we had a 9 person van
Negative: Sign in is at the Sheraton, which is great - in fact it seems like the villas are an extension of the Sheraton in that it appeared that we had access to all of the Sheraton's facilities - I had no idea - you should make that clear in the listing The beds weren;t great The shower seems like it wants to have a full glass wall to keep water from going everywhere
