Positive: The flat was clean and tidy. Comfy beds and good wifi. Free parking on the street without any issues with finding free space. Close to town centre and to the lake. It was our 2nd time we stayed in this apartment.

Negative: The stairs can be quite challenging to some people (both to access the flat and inside the flat), but it wasn't a problem for us.

Positive: Good location, nice neighbourhood, feels safe.

Negative: First impressions count. Arrived and I found a guy, wearing blue, driving a black car. He was chucking some plastic bags in the bin and clearing out the rooms. Wasn't sure if he works there, but I'm sure he must be a cleaner. I parked in the yard and went over to him, as I thought it might be the host. What a big mistake. This chap wsd very rude and unwelcoming. I tried to make conversation with him, but he was outright rude. I tried to ask him about the parking situation, as I wanted to park next to his car, and all he said was, "the owner has a big tesla, did he give you permission to park in here or come in here", yeh right of course he did, I paid for the night. He then walked away from me and he just kept clearing some stuff from the flats. It really upset me tye way he spoke to me. If this person is the cleaner or works for the host, he needs lessons in customer service, as he wad damn right rude! Goinf into the accommodation, it wasn't too bad, but the steep steps are Too much nightmare. I don't think anyone elderly can manage these, you have to be really careful. The door that leads to the balcon was broken, and had tape, so not an issue as I'm sure this will be fixed. I didn't think the cleaning was too good and in the balcony, a broken chair.
