Negative: The apartment is a bit old but it is what it is in Athens in general. The most important - everything was clean.

Positive: Based on our stay for 2 weeks, we must show our appreciation in the following: 1. The management has provided their very professional services, from the key collection procedure and the check-in meeting to 4 extra visits to regulate/ solve problems, and a smooth checkout. We feel comfortable to communication with them as non-Greeks. Most importantly, they gave quick feedback when we have inquiries! 2. The door lock and the elevator are interesting. 3. There are enough air conditioners in the apartment, although the one in the living room is not so cool. 4. This apartment is quite clean. Especially the provided bedlinen and towels. 5. The experience of dining at the balcony is the highlight of everyday! 6. 2 washrooms are available and fit for the needs for all. 7. Extra provision is available, such as a vacuum cleaner and a home bar corner.

Negative: Wifi signal is poor in all rooms. The function of solar-powered heater was inconsistent but the management has attended to this issue quickly. The loose lid of the washing machine blocks its operation sometimes. The kitchen is more than basic but the ventilator seems not working. Its kettle may be too old and worn. The mosaic platform beside the washing basin in the bathroom upstairs may have some waterproof issue as it is always wet even before use. And we have found 4 roaches in both bathrooms.
