The house has a big garden of 2000m2, table tennis outdoors, Paddle court, summer house with kitchen, barbecue, 1 toilet, a pool of 72m2 and relax zone with loungers and very comfortable armchairs. There's a park zone with sand and swings for the children.
The house has a capability of 16 people and we have 2 extra beds with a capacity of 18 people.
The house includes WiFi and one set of towels and sheet for each of you.
Villamaresme is always rented the full house. The distance to the beach is 1,5km with a very good communication to the airport of Barcelona or Girona. Animals are welcome (with previous acceptation).
We don't reserve the house to groups of friends younguests than 30 years old (without previous consultation with the owner).
The lessee is not going to be able to develop any professional, commercial, related to the buisness activity in the house in object of the rent.

Summary: Great location, quiet and ideal to relax with a group or big family. House was stunning but with modern amenities inside too and spotless clean. Would definitely recommend for a visit. Host Olga was so friendly and helpful which was great.
