Positive: Great quiet location, close to park & underground. Nice bar within 1 min walk, lots of other great shops nearby too. As a family of 5 it's hard to find places that can facilitate the "extra person". Was a touch compact but didn't feel cramped due to the private outdoor space and layout. All included facilities(Inc kitchen) are of great quality and fit for purpose. Lots of nice extra touches that make the difference. We only had a short stay but I'd think it would be good for longer stays too due to extras like dishwasher and washing machine.

Negative: Door in the living room has a window that let's a lot of light in, would be useful to have a curtain for it. Otherwise all was great.

Positive: Convenient location, near the metro station and outside the busy city. Super accessible and safe. We went with our baby and the host provided (and set up ahead of time) a bed for him and a stroller. Some food for breakfast and some snacks were also provided (thank you again for this!). Super responsive et proactive. Overall we would recommend it for small families and those who want to be outside the city while easily accessing all of Patis landmarks.

Positive: The place looked better than in the pictures and had all the amenities needed to cook at home and feel comfortable. It’s newly furnished and is close to the metro. The AC and dishwasher were a welcome sight. I would come back here again. The host was very accommodating when we reported, that the shower drain was clogged from before. He fixed it the very next day.

Negative: I have nothing to complain about. Thank you for the stay.

Negative: The shower faucet is not working very well with small water coming out. But overall the stay was amazing!

Positive: Very cozy and comfortable appartment with all the things neccesary that you could think of. Very nice neighbourhood, easy acess to metro.

Negative: The second bedroom is not a closed room, but a space upstairs before the main bedroom
