Positive: Can’t fault it . Pool was lovely, bigger than the picture looks, in fact everything was better than the pictures. Lovely view to the sea. Everything you could ask for in terms of kitchen items, bbq facilities etc.

Negative: It was perfect. If you need to get into Split it is very easy to get an uber and pretty cheap or you can take the bus. If you are worried about where to buy food there is a bakery only 100m away and small supermarkets very close by also.

Summary: If you are visiting Split with your friends stay here and you will not be disappointed

Positive: We had the most amazing two-week stay in this apartment. From the moment we walked in, everything was spotless and beautifully clean — it even smelled lovely, which made us feel instantly at home. Every detail had clearly been thought of. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious with plenty of room for the whole family. The outdoor area was one of our absolute favorite parts — the pool area is so comfy, with lots of seating and space so it never felt crowded. There was always somewhere to lounge and relax. The pool was fantastic for the children and gave us lots of wonderful family time together. The outdoor kitchen was such a bonus and made our stay feel extra special. We also loved the water machine — a small touch that made a big difference for the whole family. The location is unbeatable; everything is close by and you can easily get food delivered with Wolt or Glovo, and Uber made getting around simple. Despite being right in the center, the property feels private and peaceful. The hosts were so welcoming and kind, but also gave us full privacy. Milana was always available if we needed anything and replied very quickly. Overall, the property is stunning, perfectly equipped, incredibly comfortable and made for some amazing family memories. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!

She ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Milana is more than amazing person who will provide everything to you with lightning speed ! One of the GREATEST VACATION home we ever stayed .

Negative: Nothing, we had a car which made it very easy to get everywhere and the bakery in very short walking distance.

Positive: Maison Terze was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Milana was extremely helpful with any questions we had and when we arrived everything was perfect - from the drinks and snacks in the fridge to the inflatables in the pool (which was beautiful). The apartment was about 10 minutes in an Uber (c.€6) to either Split or to Stobrec which was our local beach and very lovely. The apartment itself was within easy reach of many places including Omis which the girls (aged 21 and 17) loved. We also visited Primosten via the bus which we all rated highly. However our favourite days were just spent by the pool at the wonderful apartment. Thank you Milana and your family - we will return as soon as we can! We totally recommend.

Positive: Milana was an incredible host, warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. The property very quickly felt like a home from home. It was incredibly well equipped with everything we could possibly have needed for a busy family holiday. The outdoor space was amazing, beautifully thought out and maintained with stunning views down to Split and the sparkling ocean.
