Positive: Must say that the crew both during the day and night were great. They tried their best to make us feel welcome and helped us during the curfew. Must also mention two employees (Natasha and Cedric) both were exceptional. I would like to thank the team for their support.

Negative: I honestly believe the facility needs an upgrade. We all had issues, with the shower heads, hot water and some couldn't get the TV to work. The backdoor in the eating area couldn't shut properly, so mosquitoes and other insects continued entering inside. If you are elderly or have a wheelchair access will be difficult for you.

Summary: Crew are friendly, facility needs an upgrade!

Positive: Loved the garden, such a nice place to sit and work or relax! Bed was comfy and rooms had everything you need. The little dining area is also really cute. Staff is very nice and security felt, well, secure!

Negative: Difficult to find. You should go to the street beside the park (not the one up on the hill) and then go up the stairs past the cafe called “mahatsara” on google maps. Luckily there was a helpful lady working at the snack stand on the road who directed me to the correct stairs - a sign would be helpful! The little window just looked at a wall in my room so it felt a bit dark, and the wooden doors outside the main door couldn’t close all the way or lock, so I felt a bit exposed at night. Someone came and banged on my neighbours door for two full hours in the middle of the night (2:30 - 4:30 am), I’m not sure what was happening there. Food must be ordered very far in advance, you can’t just come in for lunch or dinner without a few hours notice.

Positive: Lovely traditional building & lovely lovely staff. Nice location & fairly quiet away from the road.

Negative: The shower room needs updating as the water pours straight off the flat shower tray. Room needs a repaint & sheets & duvets could do with an update. It’s a cheap hotel & good value for money but just needs a little attention to make it more comfortable.
