Positive: "The owner is very friendly, and the view of the mountains is lovely."

Negative: The apartment was quite cold. The owner stated that they are only allowed to heat it up to 21°C due to Italian law. Although the thermostat showed 21°C, it felt much colder, especially in the living room, which we couldn't use as a result. The internet connection was very poor, and the TV signal was too weak for normal viewing.

Summary: Lovely view, but the apartment felt quite cold.

Positive: The accommodation is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. You can park outside the house free of charge at public parking if you would like to avoid the steep exit of the internal parking. The host allowed us to check in at 14.30 instead of the announced 17.30 time

Negative: The house was cold. The owner fixed the heating at 19 and when we asked for higher temperature - 22 degrees, she fixed it to 21 at daytime and at 19 at night. This is cold according to us. The owner lives upstairs and has a big dog that barks early in the morning - at around 7 am. Except that you can hear the dog walking with its nails scratching the floor. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 very narrow beds - maybe 75 cm wide, that are not very convenient. At the living room there are 2 sofas and TV set, but no table, that is strange. This room due to cold temperature and lack of table could not be used by us.
