Positive: We arrived on a Sunday and the restaurant was closed but we had some food with us so took advantage of the spa and pool which were both excellent.

Negative: A little strange to find no-one on reception and had to call a number to find out what was happening - or not. But once we co texted the member of staff she came and was helpful in setting up our room.

Positive: Our stay at Maison Jenny Hotel Restaurant & Spa was very pleasant and I can say that it is an ideal place for a peaceful break in Alsace. The hotel is located in a quiet village near the French-Swiss border. The surroundings are quiet and natural. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very nice staff - they were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and cozy. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was pleasantly homely. The hotel has a small spa with a sauna, hammam and swimming pool. The pool could be a little warmer. Parking is free and right in front of the hotel, which is a big plus. We liked the breakfast. The choice was varied, high quality and everything seemed fresh. Hotel is pet friendly so we could bring our husky with us.

Negative: There weren’t any bathrobes in the room. Everyone in the spa area had them except us. The pool could be a little warmer. Jaccuzzi was under maintenance. Maybe a kettle and some tea in the room would be nice.
