Positive: Breakfast was excellent, really well cooked fresh eggs and an abundance of coffee in particular. Shower was roomy and hot. One of the few places in Chile for a hot shave! Plenty of restaurants nearby

Negative: No charging points in the room. Having to have the front door unlocked every time you wanted to go out.

Summary: Good value, comfort with an excellent breakfast

Positive: Area is very nice, free parking onsite, clean rooms, helpful staff.

Negative: Extremely loud at least during weekends due to pubs/bars in close proximity. Basically no sound insulation, almost no difference if the window is closed or opened.

Summary: Very pleasant hotel, but very noisy area during weekends.

Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful with where to eat locally. They also organised transport to and from the airport for us.

Negative: We would have liked to use the bikes but only one was available

Positive: The location is great in a decent suburb with good restaurants and boutique shops. The rooms are well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Having a balcony with a lovely small garden makes a huge difference as the rooms are small. Excellent breakfast in a pleasant cafe setting. And the staff are just wonderful, very helpful. Excellent value.

Negative: The rooms are small but more than compensated for by all the positives.

Summary: Fabulous boutique hotel in great location, very comfortable, recommend having room with balcony.

Positive: Very cozy hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Room was a bit small, but it was great for our short stay and the balcony was beautiful and great to sit and drink wine. Shower was great. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast (the breakfast service in the room was awesome). Good location with lota of restaurants around and short walk to Cerro San Cristóbal.
