Negative: The refrigerator is very small. We were also traveling with a small child and simply needed hot water to make porridge, but there was no kettle in the room.

Positive: Generous and well-appointed room and helpful, efficient and friendly staff. In a perfect position for visiting the ancient site and outstanding museum at Pella.
Negative: Not the hotel's fault... but the raucous and entitled behaviour of a party from an American university.

Positive: Convenient location to Ancient Pella archaeological site and museum. Located just outside Chalkidona. Easy to get to with parking. Not walkable to anything really, but hotel has a very pretty dining room with good food at reasonable price.Perfect for a night stay. Pool was not open yet for the season - still too chilly. But looked like nice pool area.
Negative: Water leaks all over floor when you shower.
Summary: Good base to visit Ancient Pella.

Positive: The staff were very pleasant and welcoming throughout my 2 night stay. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, fresh and multiple hot & cold options. The room was very clean, comfortable and all appliances/air-conditioning systems worked. The hotel's location is set just outside a main town which is great because the restaurants/shops were within walking distance and it was lovely and quiet on an evening (no road noise)

Positive: Everything was excellent—from the warm welcome to the friendly and professional attitude of the reception, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. The hotel perfectly matches the photos and the information provided online. The room was outstanding in terms of size, comfort, and cleanliness, both in the bedroom and the bathroom. We really enjoyed the comfortable balcony with its peaceful view of the greenery. Breakfast was included in our price and it was very good, offering a wide variety of choices. There is convenient parking right at the hotel, and the staff were currently preparing the lovely pool for the upcoming season. I have absolutely no complaints. If we travel to this area again, we would definitely stay at this hotel!
