Positive: Beautiful location and style of property. Amazing view from the lovely window seat. Genuine hospitality of host.

Negative: Could have been a little cleaner and better provided with provisions (hairs in the hairdryer table, barely any shower gel, grit on the bed, and just one pretty flat pillow each)

Positive: This is a charming little guest house with 5 rooms that is so cute and comfortable. I highly recommend it. This was our second visit, and we were so pleasantly surprised that we came back again with the whole family. The restaurant was closed for dinner the night we stayed, but that last time we stayed here we had a divine dinner at the restaurant. We happened to be there on an evening when there was an Italian themed party that was happening, and it beautiful and fun to attend.

Negative: The first time we came that breakfast was the most delicious assortment of fresh baked goods, that I assume had been baked at the restaurant. The property is under new management now, and it separate from the restaurant. This time the breakfast was a buffet of store-bought breads and not worth the expense in my opinion.

Summary: Beautiful historic building perfectly modernized.
