Summary: Our stay was wonderful. The hosts Sarah, Steve, Katie and Olivier were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The house was well furnished and very clean. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I would stay here over and over. The hosts were wonderful people. We felt at home with them.

Summary: Stayed a whole week and wish it was more! Without a doubt the best Chambre D'Hote/small hotel we have ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. Just 3 bedrooms, but beautifully appointed and with an amazingly comfortable bed! Breakfasts were extraordinary- different every day, but similar in that they were perfectly prepared with delicious fresh local produce. The property is literally on the bank of the Canal du Midi, 1 minute walk from the train station, a few minutes into town and 15 minutes walk to the Cite. But it was still quiet and peaceful. Katy and Olivier make you feel so at home and were full of recommendations on what to do, where to eat and how to have a great time in beautiful Carcassonne, which we certainly did. I would not hesitate to book again and look forward to doing so!
