Positive: On (final) arrival, our first impressions of the 1-bed apt were very good. It seemed well-equipped (although no microwave), with new equipment, and spacious.- but it was not what we had booked. The coffee was fine with an ample supply, and we appreciated having a cafetiere (we rarely can get the "newer" filter machines to work.

Negative: 1. The "house" (apt) is not where it is shown on booking.com. It is some way back off via Ravetta. We emailed 2 days earlier via booking.com to check the location (we have previously had incorrect locations on booking.com) - and Buschi does not appear on maps or on google maps (should be Porta Crenna? - but 27050 Bruscia works), but this was not answered. We spent 20 minutes outside 2 via Roma trying to get the right information. The instructions that were sent late morning did mention this, but we received them too late to read (problems with remote access and mobile wifi). From the road, the outside of the complex looked nothing like the photo on the web. 2. Although we didn't need it, we had booked what was available and advertised: a 5-person house, but we got a 1-bedroom (2-person) apartment. This was mainly fine (see below), but perhaps should have cost less. It is certainly misleading. eg "Entire unit located on ground floor", "Entire unit wheelchair accessible" - our apt was up some stairs on 1st floor. We should have been told that it was a different apt (and offered cancellation or a reduction). 3. We could not find out how to get the heating working. 4. The given wifi code (also written on the device) is incorrect as there should not be a space before the digits. 5. The outside door does not easily close, and worse (causing initial anxiety), does not easily open. It has to be pushed/pulled towards the closure. 6. The only accessible plugs seem to be in the kitchen or bedroom. 7. There are a lot if lights, but none over/near the sofa, and none over the food preparation area. 8. The wardrobe doors hit the lights above when opening. 9. We were asked to send passport details beforehand. This was done 2 days before via booking.com (with a request to confirm the location). There was no reply, But the message with the entry details asked again for these (to be sent to a phone).

Summary: A good apt, which needs some more attention - but could be disappointing if you book the house

Positive: The place is beautifull

Negative: The heating was not working, I tried to put it on but there was a leakage below that got worst with the water pressure so I had to keep it low and it was quite cold
