Positive: The property was clean with comfortable beds - good for a stopover

Negative: The check-in process didnt work very well. We booked en route and should have been able to check in after 4pm but couldn’t contact the host until after 5pm. The water boiler was off and we were told it would take 2 hours to get hot water - no hot water until the next morning and the house was also very cold during the night
