Positive: The hotel was very central in Paris. We were a very short walk from the Louvre and the Notre Dame Cathedral. There were all kinds of restaurants and shops all around us and the night life was very good! Staff were very nice and accommodating. The Concierge was fantastic!

Negative: Nothing it was a great experiance!

Positive: Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean and good facilities, and within walking distance of Louvere and Notre Dame 👍

Negative: The photo of the room type booked ,displayed a small balcony with a small sit out.However when we checked in, we were given a room with no balcony and we were told that the rooms with balcony were full and to check the next day.Although not a big deal for us, this may not sit well with some guests.

Positive: We had a lovely stay! The room was spacious, and the provided cot for our baby was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for our needs. The pool was a highlight, though a bit chilly, and the floats/baby float could use an update

Negative: We had a nice stay, but there was a notable difference between the experience and our expectations of a luxury 5-star hotel. also the cocktails were disappointing on both attempts

Positive: The staff were amazing… you felt looked after and they couldn’t do enough for you… honestly this place surpasses our expectations! Spa was lovely too and the coffee late at breakfast was unreal… breakfast had everything you could think of! Really happy we chose this place… the heated toilet seat was a game changer too… I now want one at home!
