Positive: The room was comfortable, comfy bed, great warm shower and very clean. Location is good, with a big farmacorp in the corner that has a lot of snacks and drinks and lots of small shops nearby for groceries.

Negative: To enter the hotel you need to ring the bell, and sometimes it takes a while till they open the door. The booking said that towers were included, but they were not.

Summary: Comfortable for a stopover in between travels

Positive: Really exceptional staff! They also put me on my own floor, it was a nice stay. One thing to note- it was very very clean!!! The cleanest place I've stayed in 7 months of travel in S.America. It really stood out and was appreciated. I'll stay there again if I'm in Santa Cruz.

Summary: Manager recommended a great restaurant, where I ate the best beef I've had... since Argentina.

Positive: It's superb. The building is super cute and the host is awesome. The room is comfortable, with a lot of space for our things and despite the fact there is a common bathroom, there are plenty of bathrooms for everyone.

Negative: We loved everything so much we extend our stay with 3 extra days. But if there has to be something that could be better..it has to be the kitchen. There is a kitchen downstairs that sadly is off limits for the guests. Even so, our trip here was amazing. If we had access to the kitchen,that would have been even more amazing 😅

Summary: Beautiful place we will love to return to
