Positive: Unmarked as "Eagle Ridge Inn" & confusing to locate. Random staff outdoors directed us to Comfort Inn entrance, otherwise we would've just left? Needs signage with both hotel names listed! Comfort Inn was most accommodating:-)

Positive: It's located in a fantastic area of Le Claire. The bed and sheets were nice and fairly comfortable.

Negative: It was under construction, so honestly, it shouldn't have been rented out. There were two hairs in the shower, one being pubic stuck to the wall. There was no way to get from the room to the front desk, pool area, or breakfast area without walking outside and going to the front door. The maid had not checked the nightstand and the forgotten car keys from the previous tenant we're in there. The maid had only left decaffeinated coffee, and the plastic coffee holder didn't fit with the machine. When I got there, there was a dusty odor when I turned on the heat, so I had to take the filter from the heater outside and get all the dust off it because it was clogged. I also took a wet wash rag and cleaned out the vent fins on the heater itself so it worked better. The room did not have a desk or a chair to sit at, and there was no closet to hang up any clothes. I would not stay there again
