Summary: I stayed here for 5 nights as I was visiting friends who lived in Kew. It was spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had some noisy neighbours one evening but the staff handled it efficiently. Next door to shops which was super handy. Really enjoyed my stay.

Summary: The Apartment was very dirty. Bins hadn't been emptied from previous guests. After having been moved to a new apartment as first one allocated was in worse condition, we chose to say nothing & clean it ourselves.

Summary: I like the area to stay in when I am in Melbourne For me it is easy to drive to and park car etc. Stairs from carpark to ground level a bit of a trial. But I do appreciate car being under cover etc. It was hot this time and I happily found a fan for the bedroom ... So all things I needed were there

Summary: Outstanding customer service and the suites are spacious and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs within the property, so be mindful of that. I had a pram with me, and they kindly gave me a room on the ground floor. I couldn’t recommend it higher! I stayed for 2 nights with my family for a wedding. Perfect accommodation
