Upstairs Main Street apartment that can host up to 5 guests. With a full parade balcony with lounge seating to sit back, relax and enjoy!, The apartment has 2 bedrooms with King Size beds and 3 full bathrooms. Its perfect for anyone looking for plenty of privacy and space during your trip to Main Street St. Charles. We have an additional pull out couch for sleeping located upstairs. A great neighborhood that has it all. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment to enjoy during your stay. You can get to almost anything within a few minutes! Restaurants, stores, entertainment, and the highways are all within a few miles from this great location!
Please note that due to the location there is a potential for loud noise.
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Summary: Wonderful location for a night or two in St. Charles!! Clean & easy to find, plenty of parking & within walking distance of restaurants & shops.

Summary: We had an excellent stay! Location was excellent. It also worked out so perfectly that our kids each had their own bed and bathrooms! We he only thing was noise from the gym below. They are open 24 hours so this does mean music was going all night long. We just turned on fans and it was fine! Everything was clean!

Summary: We were unable to get in the rental for a bit until we figured out a check mark was needed after the door code. We texted the number for help but got no response. We also called as well. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving was impossible to sleep because of the bar scene and loud vehicles. The gym down below the unit wakes you up with weights being dropped on the floor. The heat never got the apartment warm. I suggest changing the downstairs mattress as well. The location on the river and proximity to restaurants and bars is nice.

Summary: 1. Very little toilet paper plus no Kleenex 2. No trash bags 3. Coffee pot quit working on 2nd day 4. Sitting area rug a hazard at walk through area corner was a trip hazard 5. Lights at bottom of stairs are burned out making it difficult to walk up and down stairs 6. Lower bathtub had not been cleaned 7. All bathtubs did not have mats therefore slippery and hazard 8. Dirty sheets were still in the washing machine from previous occupants 9. One blowdryer for 3 bathrooms 10. Most light out at outside sitting area 11. Socks will turn dirty if you walk on the floor
