Positive: Compared to the big resorts like blue lagoon & paradise cove, this had a very exclusive feel which was amazing - especially for the price! Food was OUTSTANDING. And staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Did the cocktail class, manta ray snorkel and make use of the free snorkel gear to explore the reef. We stayed in a 4 bed mixed dorm which was perfect if on a budget! Or even better if travelling with a couple of people and can take up the beds and have your own space for a very good price. Loved the outdoor shower & hammocks! The resort only opened in april 2026 so go now before it gets too busy! Swimming pool being added to the property as well as female only dorms. Great option for backpackers

Positive: Paradise on earth. Staff was amazing, thanks to Money, Sana, Rathu, Rede and all the others the names I forgot. We were really sad having to leave after only 3 nights. Definetly recommend.

Positive: We had the absolute best 24 hours of our lives at this newly opened resort! From the very first to the last moment, we were treated like queens. The welcome was incredible—the entire staff greeted us with a traditional song and a delicious welcome cocktail garnished with a flower. It truly felt like family. The property is brand new, impeccably clean, and has immense potential as a top-tier luxury resort. They placed beautiful fresh flowers everywhere for us to find, which was such a lovely touch. Our room was stunning and spotless, but the absolute highlight was the outdoor shower under the stars—simply SPECTACULAR! The atmosphere is wonderfully authentic. We loved the local activities they organized, like coconut husking, basket weaving, and snorkeling. The staff was always so friendly, ready to chat, interact with us, and share fascinating stories about island life. The food was absolutely delicious! A massive well done to the chef and the culinary team. We tasted almost every dish, and each one was spectacular in both flavor and presentation. We also treated ourselves to a massage right by the sea; it was incredibly relaxing, and the massage therapists were amazing. When it was time to say goodbye, the staff hugged us and sang a beautiful farewell song. Leaving the island was heartbreaking. Thank you for the best 24 hours of our lives!

Positive: Soon to be the best resort in Fiji Great staff, so friendly, knew all the guests by name Dorms were amazing, only 4 people per room with an en-suite and outside shower, real luxury. Exactly like the private bures unlike most other resorts. Amazing food, you won’t be hungry, and they will cater to any requirements Village tour was great Good snorkelling equipment Only 7 guests there, very chill
Negative: There is currently still some renovations happening as the resort has just reopened and staff are very new. For solo travellers wanting a social stay this may not be it as it is quiet and there aren’t evening activities, although they plan to do this when they’re busier. I loved the time to myself though! Rooms were quite warm

Positive: The most beautiful location. You couldn’t ask for anything more secluded and tranquil. The rooms, although quite simple, were lovely and clean and spacious. The outdoor shower was particularly nice. Truly, if you want to visit the Yasawas and not pay some ridiculous amount of money to be around far too many people, and you really want to switch off - Mai Sunset is perfection. Sometimes all you can hear is the sound of the ocean and the wind in the coconut palms. There is so little disturbance, the staff and friendly and kind, they were always so sweet and thoughtful and they even made a birthday cake for my partner’s birthday as a surprise! So cute. They also greeted us with a song and freshly cut coconuts. 😍 The water is crystal clear, so many fish when snorkelling, the beach is gorgeous for a walk. And watching the sun go down over the Pacific Ocean was really unlike anything else. Food was decent, and there are quite a few options, but could be more if there’s any constructive feedback to give. But really, you won’t be disappointed especially at the price. We could not be happier after our stay. Big thanks to all the staff 💙
Negative: Nothing! Be aware there is zero mobile phone coverage and wifi only really works in the restaurant, but honestly this was actually great to be able to be disconnected from all the goings on of the world.

Positive: The staff were very friendly, personal and accomodating. Room was very clean, awesome rooms. Food was good, free activities and drinking water. Ultra relaxing and chilled, if your looking for a commercial resort, this isnt your place, we absolutley loved it.
Negative: Snorkling equipment could be better, might be best to bring your own.

Positive: The villa was amazing, right in front of the beach.
Negative: The villa didnt have curtains, so zero privacy and in the morning we couldnt sleep in because it was bright. They dont have a lot of fins and the ones that they have are a men size. (Bring your own if you need to use them) The food is ok nothing exciting, but if you stay for a long period it gets pretty boring, the menu doesnt change. there are not many activities and when we were there were not many people staying compare to the other resorts that we have visited.
