Positive: Beach was at the hotel front door, Food was very great and very varied, exceptional waiting services Reception Manager was at care and very approachable and welcoming, friendly and made everything requested possible and acted fast. Restaurant staffs and cleaner very sweet and went extra miles making our stay enjoyable. We had a very nice time and great memories and will be back to this hotel.

Negative: Spa staffs unhelpful, terrible service and arrogant. We had to wait ages for treatments they seemed at care more with the gentlemen than the ladies…Terrible air conditioning not powerful enough in communal areas and rooms. The rooms could do with a bit of refreshing.

Summary: Good hotel with great staffs, very enjoyed the stay.

Positive: Absolutely gorgeous! Staff were wonderful- very attentive. Food was great and a good variety. Particularly enjoyed my hammem experience ...so lovely x
