Positive: What breakfast? The receptionist said nothing about breakfast hours so we assumed there wasn't any! That would have been a game changer! The "on line" ad that we saw did not mention breakfast! Outstanding location for a hotel, be it a little tight! Loved the proximity to the beach!

Negative: It took forever for the water to get hot, especially at the bathroom and kitchen sink. The shower was acceptable but not overly hot where you had to turn it down. Minor complaint about the AC! The thermostat on the unit was questionable. We had it set on "auto" and when it did run it would only run for 5 seconds (I'm not kidding)!

Summary: Short and sweet stay! Great location!

Negative: Girl at the front desk did not speak english well.
