Positive: Super friendly gentleman welcomed us when we checked in. A shared bathroom with one other room, and access to a communal kitchen with coffee etc. Close to Rimini and fairly quiet even though on a main road. Easy car parking right outside.

Positive: Everything was fine! Gianluca is a very friendly host, the room was clean and more spacious than on the pictures. The bathroom was clean, big and very comfortable. The shared kitchen area was far more than enough with coffee provided. Wi-fi was working fine. A parking spot is free of charge. A historically important river of Rubicone is just a few steps from the house. I would totally recommend this place!
