Positive: Location was perfect, stuff very friendly, breakfast was rich and tasty.

Negative: They didn’t clean the room or took the garbage, but maybe because we were staying only 2 nights.

Summary: Hotel has perfect location which was very important for our short stay.

Positive: It was a nice stay. Location is amazing, 2-3 mins to Riva. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Parking is in the underground garage with limited numbers and it costs 15€ per day.

Negative: Breakfast could have more variety of food.

Positive: Rooms massive, great food at breakfast, plenty choice, rooms always clean. The staff were very helpful. Location is perfect.

Negative: Nothing - was great. I cannot fault the hotel at all.
