All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.
There is a $75 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.
This home is not fully fenced in. There is a partial fence on one side.

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
There will be a $750 security deposit charged for any stays over 30 nights.
House rules:
No noise after 10pm per county ordinance. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No parking on the lawn.
Smoking inside the home will result in a $2,000 fee.
All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including garage door, ceiling fan, and TV remotes.

Summary: This place was as advertised in the listing. Perfect location to St. Simon and Jeckyll Islands. The host responded promptly we had. Plenty of room for my family. Stocked with all essential items. Will stay again.

Summary: The house smelled like mildew and had it growing everywhere. The neighborhood didn't seem too safe and we had strangers knocking on our door late one night. Other than those issues it was conveniently located to both Jekyll Island and Saint Simmons.

Summary: We were in the area to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. My mother and sisters booked a place on Jekyll Island. I booked this location because it was the perfect size for my wife and I, and my daughter and grandson. It was 19 minutes or less from shopping centers and restaurants which cut down on traveling around so much. It was only 20 minutes from Jekyll Island, where we spent a lot of time on various beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this location to friends and family who visit the area.
