Positive: Ann-Kathrin was so kind. We got lost on the way to our meeting point and she had to wait 40 minutes for us! She was very kind about the whole thing. She helped us bring our luggage to the apartment then came back to show us where to park. She had set the apartment up with many small inviting things like water bottles and candies on the pillow. The location was wonderful. The apartment was very comfortable. The couch was a recliner! There were cozy blankets. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed well equipped. There are too many good things to say! Thank you so much Ann-Kathrin!

Positive: The location is fantastic. The beautiful windows in the living room just take your breath away! Ann-Kathrin has thought of everything to make this the perfect apartment. We have never stayed anywhere with a kitchen so well equipped. And the decorating is lovely. The location is superb- just steps away from shops, restaurants, the church, etc.

Positive: EVERYTHING!!.... Ann Kathrin had done everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The welcome board in the kitchen was a particularly lovely touch. The apartment is a calm relaxing place to stay. It is great to have your own space in the centre of town, to relax between exploring the lovely shops, walks and views. Positive: The location was absolutely perfect! Right in the middle of town and a short walk from the car park. The apartment was beautifully decorated and absolutely every detail was perfect. Dinan was a sweet surprise and the highlight of our 18 day trip. If you are considering a place to stay look no further. You’ll be glad you did!

Positive: The central location right in the heart of town, the facilities - including clothes washer/dryer, and the town itself. And the host was great.

Negative: The noise of the revelers outside was a little loud in the late evenings - but it generally did not last long beyond midnight.

Positive: Honestly this property is so beautiful. Everything single thing is taken into consideration, from the well stocked kitchen to the lovely touches such as candles ,mood lighting and soft classic furnishings. Ann-Kathrin our host was so accommodating, even checking in with us a few days into our stay . After exploring Dinan and the beautiful surroundings the highlight of the day, was people watching from the huge windows in the lounge . Just stunning . We could have stayed so much longer, the apartment felt like home .
