Negative: Restaurant menu card was excellent but if you order they would say it was not available. Difference between listed menu and availability was a great disappointment.

Positive: organized and high-quality materials and clothes were provided

Negative: There were no slippers, and there was no coffee (I had to ask them every day for coffee in the morning). There was nowhere in the room whether the reception and house keeping phone numbers were written.

Positive: The stay was very comfortable, staffs were very friendly and good...Food and breakfast was excellent....Even though there is a bar near to the hotel the entry is separate and there was no disturbance at all. Travelling with family is fully safe and comfortable

Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable. Limited complimentary water for 2 guests. No proper TV connection, nor alternative provisions to connect a device. Food orders placed through Room Service always arrived with incorrect or missing items.
