Summary: All Rooms are ground floor and purpose built in a courtyard with a garden setting, with parking close to the Rooms. Good size rooms comfortable bed good bathroom facilities. Maybe slightly tired looking but comfortable. Excellent location near the autostrada and easy to find.

Summary: I was needing a hotel close to Modena and close to the highway, and reviews defined it as a "Motel like hotel" ....with a good restaurant. Hotel was easy to find, but did not find reception. So I decided to walk to the restaurant that was still open and found a sing "Restaurant and RECEPTION" .... Check in was easy, and you can take your car and park in front of your assigned room instead of leaving it in the parking. We decided to go to the restaurant and have a light dinner. Menu was extensive, so we asked for some advice to the waitress. . She took our order, but manager (or owner) wanted to show us some new tastes and the good taste of local food. And then started the magic..... The starter with Parma's excellent ham , they gave us an extra big plate with other cold cuts.. very tasty. Also a bread and dip made of pork (sorry could not reatin the name) and parmesane cheese that was impossible not to finish.. We skipped de pasta on the menu... and we really want to have a double sized stomach after seeing serving in other tables. Main dish was superb .... at that moment we feel like being in family. Still we reserve a little space to dessert and asked for menu. We choosed something with chocolate.. and waitress responded .."that is not local"... let me give you something better... And really made our dinner perfect. It was not a light meal.. but we slepped well, even afer eating a lot, and woke up light . It was the best meal we had in our week in Italy.

Summary: Easy off/on autostrada. Excellent and reasonable restaurant. Surprising and complete western breakfast. Absolutely outstanding staff. We will happily stay there on our return trip North.
