Positive: Relatively new, well maintained, equipped and clean villa compared to the other hotels/resorts in the area. Also has a magnificent paranoma view from the living area and private pool. The doors/windows had fillers or mesh in between most gaps to keep most of the mosquitos or insects out as long as you keep them closed and the air-conditioning on. Host was responsive and helpful with advice.

Negative: You can't get the best of both worlds, a relatively new villa can't likely be found in the popular areas like Chaweng or Lamai. Motorbike or car rental will be recommended as the nearest walk for a decent cafe or Thai restaurant is around 8-10 minutes. Taxi/grab transport is comparatively higher than other countries like Malaysia or Vietnam due to the taxi monopoly in Samui. To me, the quality and comfort of the accommodation is much more important than the location.

Summary: Enjoyable stay and really satisfied with the villa and the host, Eldor's hospitality.

Positive: We had an amazing stay! The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the villa itself is stunning — clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the view from the villa is absolutely beautiful. Eldor is a fantastic host, very helpful and responsive. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again!

Positive: A very nice place to stay. The landlord was very friendly and helpful, he gave us lots of information about Samui. He was available at any time and we didn't miss anything. We felt very comfortable.

Negative: It is a little further away from the city centre and not all traffic seems to want to drive to the accommodation. Unfortunately we often have to walk. Very steep path

It has all the necessities you need, as well as the welcome and hospitality of the host and his family, making you feel like you are in your own home. Let us not forget the beautiful view from the top of the hill on the ocean and the island from the villa, from the pool, from all angles, and all the additional services you need, transportation and facilities. Positive: Our apartment was luxurious, comfortable, well maintained and had all the facilities that we needed. We found the location to be convenient as there are shops about 7 minutes walk away and there are two beaches about 20 minute walking distance or a few minutes away with a Grab. Eldor looks after his guests very well, including picking us up and dropping us off at the airport, and is always available, if needed.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: New modern apartment built to a high specification. Good linen and standard of cleaning, pleasant planting in surroundings. Host Eldor is attentive and responsive to requests. Open view from the terrace, quiet area.

Negative: The plates and bowls provided are melamine rather than clay. Due to the facing position of the terrace and the overhang of the apartment above no direct sunlight reached the terrace. This wasn’t an issue for us but may disappoint guests who wish to capture the rays. We stayed in early January, it may be different in later months.

Summary: Enjoyable New Year stay.
