Positive: Big, clean room, good food and great prices.

Negative: Small window, it gets too hot in the summer so 28-29 degrees inside. An air conditioner or a fan is necessary. (In july-aug) It s sad that the neighbours had a party and would shout all night until 2:00 am. So it s a great place for eating and sleeping when is cold outside and there is no party near. The host is a nice woman, very helpful and had a great attitude.

Summary: Good place for eating tuna pizza and cheap good beer.
