Positive: The staff, food and I got a bath in my room which was really important for me

Negative: It was a little cold in the room but I asked for a blanket

Positive: Great for families, lots of food choices, few min walk to beach and main strip.

Negative: Waterslides old and worn- the joins hurt. Gym was pointless. Lifts hardly worked causing huge lineups and wasted time everyday. Waterpark in photos looked great and huge- totally different to what it is actually like.

Positive: Entertainment staff were fantastic. the food was great with plenty of options

Negative: Halfway through our stay, my wife was showing in our room. She turned the tap off and was left confused with a continuous stream of warm water that she initially thought was a leaking shower head. To her discust, she discovered that the water was coming from the ceiling, as I am a building developer she immediately called me to look at the problem. I soon discovered that it was a broken grey waste soil pipe. Upon imidetelly informing the reception, I was totally shocked at the downright unprofessional and rude service that I got. After informing them of the issue. As I turned to walk away, I had not gotten 10 steps away to hear the sound of uncontrollable after coming from the two ladies behind the desk. I had just informed them that my wife has been showering in somebody else's filth, and due to the health implications but embarrassment, I did not expect such unprofessionlisim from them. To make the matter even worse I spoke to the GM I think her name was Ann Marie to inform her that maybe her staff might need a little more training in professionalism and customer care to be greeted with a defensive "well maybe they weren't laffing about that!" The problem I had is that when I approached, they were quiet and doing their jobs and something within 5 seconds of me being very polite about the whole situation and walking away give them a reason to burst out laffing like wild hyenas. Maybe something within that 5 seconds total unrelated happened, but given the seriousness and the embarrassment of the situation, they should have been more professional. The hotel, in general, was great, but this really did put a massive damper on me wanting to stay there.

Positive: Breakfast was not to my liking

Negative: 1. Not enough fresh foods… 2. Internet on floor 3 was rubbish no quality .3.English channels not existent… unlike the 4. Spanish channels which were of great quality 5. Pool water was freeezing much colder than cold water baths … needs investment some financial investment with heating the pool given the attraction of the hotel is the water slides
