Positive: Fantastic location with everything you could need on the doorstep

Negative: Outside furniture on the roof terrace would have been nice. Nothing fancy, just a small table and chairs. Fence around the roof terrace very unsafe but there was a sign warning us. There were not enough towels for all of us but fortunately some of us brought our own. Overall the house is a little tired and could do with some upgrades/maintenance. Arrived to find dishwasher full so had to unload ourselves. No order to the kitchen cupboards, stuff just thrown in. Had to search to find lids to saucepans etc. Inside of cupboards and contents also very ‘sticky’! Had to wash most items before use. It’s the little things that you pick up on!

Summary: Such a beautiful little town with great selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Negative: 4pm Check In and 9am Check Out are much later/earlier than anywhere else I've stayed, making for a rushed exit.

Negative: Upside down house, bedrooms on ground floor. Given the price paid we were disappointed that basics such as shower gel and shampoo weren’t provided.
