Positive: We book for the 3rd time the downstairs apartment it has a nice large sitting room with kitchen area.. It had a , tv , fridge, kettle , mircowave, tea, coffee , biscuits ,milk and sugar all there along with plates , cups , bowls ,,knifes etc , two beautiful soft reclining arm chairs , little coffee table, the heating you control yourself which is so handy turn it up or down yourself to suit you , lovely double spotlessly clean bed and although we only stayed 2 nights we were offered it to be changed and the room cleaned and there is also a lovely little area for sitting outside without been out on the public street its to the back of the property so private . It was the 3rd time and wont be the last .

Negative: As it was February and the bathroom doesn't have a heater it made it a bit chilly going for a shower and the room itself is small but once in the water was nice and hot and plenty of towels and shampoo shower gel provided so it didnt effect me going back

Positive: From arrivals to departure, everything was efficient and ran very well, no fussing with keys or cards, self check in and keypads are so handy!

Negative: Room was very warm, my own fault
