Summary: Just lovely. Room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious, great choice of healthy foods too! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Summary: Outside door wouldn’t open at night despite correct code; this happened two evenings and left me standing outside for a long time in both cases.

Summary: The hotel had the best location for the Christmas market and walking to the city centre sights. There was a really nice atmosphere and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was very tasty. The room was really comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful, especially when we had an issue with our door code.

Summary: The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming; I arrived jet-lagged and several hours early for check-in and without batting an eye, they went over and above to get my my room within an hour. Plus, they make one heck of a great flat white. Coffee and breakfast was great.

Summary: Lovely hotel with varied and delicious buffet breakfast. Cute bar, perfect for an aperitif or a coffee and cake. Close to all the sights of the city centre but away from the noise.
