Summary: This is the second time I stayed in this hotel, but I won’t be returning anymore. Here are the pros and cons of my experience: Pros: the staff is exceptional and always ready to help! The location is amazing: near great restaurants, the beach and other attractions. The pool area is very nice and the breakfast is also good. Cons: the hotel needs serious renovations. In my 7-day stay, my room was dirty, the toilet bowl was clogged for 4 days in a roll, the air conditioning needed repair twice, the TV was not working for 2 days and finally had to be replaced, the cable TV signal did not work well, there was no access to Netflix or other steaming services on the TV (i wanted to use my own account), the shower water was dripping all over the bathroom floor (the bathroom was always full of water) and they couldn’t fix it, the towels were tiny and not very soft. I felt sorry for the nice staff who had to fix my room all the time. I paid more than I would have paid for other hotels around just because of the pool, but it’s NOT worth the price.

Summary: 3 things I didn't like: 1. No ventilation fan in the bathroom. 2. Valet parking attendent left my window opened and cars In the car on my final night. 3. Restuarents was a bit slow In delivering dinner. Other then those issues I enjoyed my stay: Good food, good sized room, clean, view of the beach, great pool, and 24 security.
