Summary: Met by a 8 year old girl whose mum was working reception but was on lunch. Room was not ready for 3pm because they were full the night before. Otherwise ok

Summary: Well we couldn’t have asked for more, the lady on reception was a delight, the manager too. We had a lovely clean and spacious room with such a comfortable bed. Eating in the bar was a great experience, the food was stunning. The lady serving in the bar could not have been nicer, great recommendations and service. Relaxing pool and sauna. The perfect stay, thank you!

Summary: We found the hotel was just an average one. We failed to see how it could be regarded as 5 star by previous guests. On reflection we would have been better staying in a good Premier Inn or similar and visiting this hotel's spa facilities as a Day Guest. The spa, gym and swing side of this hotel were certainly above average.
