Summary: Overall we had a great trip, beautiful mountains, relaxing family time, good food and beer. The facilities need a little TLC but the facilities are there. We had our own communal space which you don't get in a standard hotel room, we swam indoors and outdoors, used the steam room and Jacuzzi, we played pool and games in the reception area, Table tennis and volley ball in the village hall, played golf and tennis and had lovely walks along the trim trail and then there was the rest of Wales.

Summary: The rooms and kitchen had a musty smell. The carpets were torn and not clean. The beds were very uncomfortable as the springs were squeaky.

Summary: Facilities and accomodation dated. Lovely grounds and location. But loose and missing pavings on steps. Dirty dead moth filled apartments and indoor swimming pool with huge sections of tiles missing. Such a shame that things feel rough around the edges given the potential of the place.

Summary: Arrived early but luckily I was allowed to check in. Beautiful scenery in the heart of Wales. Property a little dated with a few faults but beyond that had a lovely weekend. The outdoor pool was very busy but expected because of the beautiful weather. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: The grounds are very nice and good for families, however the resort seems to have been left to ruin. The villa we stayed in was dirty and hadn't been cleaned, we had to hoover the whole place and the carpets (which are thread bare) were infested with flies and bugs. Checked the beds for bugs but didn't find any thankfully. Unfortunately wouldn't stay again unless renovated to a decent standard.

Summary: Property (No9) was good and clean and we very much enjoyed our stay. However We were told there were only 5 small steps, but the steps were not small, there were eight large ones in total. (If we had both been unable to get up steps we would have found it impossible to check in or both of us to use the spa facilities as the main building has multiple steps which we were not told about).
