Positive: The Restaurant served delicious food. Rooms were spacious. Overall a charming hotel.

Negative: The service in the restaurant was rather slow and not very friendly. The hotel interiors need to be refurbished. Our sink was clogged.

Positive: the room was comfortable if a little tired. Staff were pleasant. The pool was good and the temperature of the water was good.

Negative: I ordered dinner at the bar. It took ages to order and the staff were clearly unhappy and over worked. Sadly you can't expect 3 members of staff run the bar, restaurant etc when it is busy. It is unfair on the staff and customers get frustrated with the service when they are clearly trying their best. If you want to retain staff you need to treat them better.

Positive: Meals were excellent. Room was well load out and comfortable bed. Could have done with chest of drawers.

Negative: Place is starting to look tired. Bar armchairs were showing distress, windows showed in ground dirt.
